During this consultation, I ask a ton of detailed questions with each question being integral in shaping the ideal therapy tailored to your specific needs.

Then acupuncture points are skillfully selected based on your unique requirements and desired outcomes.

During your acupuncture session, fine needles are gently inserted and are typically left in place for approximately 35-45 minutes. This allows you to relax in the soothing ambiance of the treatment room, where your comfort is a priority.

Subsequent visits are more focused on treatment and typically do not include a full consultation. Instead, I may engage in a brief discussion about the progress you’ve experienced and the changes and improvements you may have noticed in various aspects of your well-being. This ongoing dialogue helps us ensure that your treatment plan remains aligned with your evolving needs and goals.

Frequency of Sessions

The frequency of acupuncture sessions depends on your individual situation. Treatment may be recommended once per week to best support your rejuvenation journey.
